Taking Action

The battle against Meth is waged every day in South Dakota.  The fight will be won thanks to the dedication, support and hard work of people across the state. 

MAPP-SD is confronting Meth abuse and manufacturing community by community.  Working with law enforcement, businesses, schools and community leaders, MAPP-SD provides training, education and a variety of resources. 

In rural areas, small towns and the metro centers of South Dakota, people are coming together to win back their communities from Meth users and manufacturers.    This community involvement plays an integral part of the Methamphetamine Awareness and Prevention Project of South Dakota.  MAPP-SD Meth Prevention Coordinators support the various groups across the state, focusing on individual community needs and providing education and resources to help meet those needs.
